We’re thrilled to have been invited by Lyn at Freewheelingfrance to run her inaugural womens cycling weekend, which will take place in early October at our base in St Antonin Noble Val.

The emphasis will be on relaxed, friendly riding in a welcoming atmosphere, with the program of rides adapted to suit the women who sign up.  We’re in a gorge, so rides won’t be for beginners but you certainly don’t need to be super-fit either because gradients are gentle and there are plenty of quiet valley roads to keep things manageable.  What we can guarantee is stunning scenery; we moved to this little known part of France for the cycling so you can be sure it’s something pretty special.

October is a lovely month for riding.  The weather is still warm, but the heat and crowds of summer have passed, and rain is very unlikely.

Price is €225 per person for 3 days/nights in a shared room.  This includes 3 days of fully supported riding, bed and breakfast accommodation in our award winning 16th century Auberge and a meal on the first evening.  Bike hire is available (arranged in advance).  St Antonin has a range of bars and restaurants for eating, but we also have a guest kitchen, so self catering is possible.  We can accommodate vegetarians.

You’re welcome to extend your stay – just get in touch and let us know what you have in mind.

Lyn has more details on her site here, or you can book direct with us.  We hope you can join us for a great weekend of womens cycling!
