Terms & Conditions

Holidays must be paid for at the time of booking.  Your place is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, we offer a 90% refund up to and including 182 days before the start date.  We will offer the same refund if we can sell what you have booked to someone else after the 182 day limit. If you have booked more than one person and/or room and we are not able to sell all of what you booked, the refund will be pro-rata.  If we can only sell some of the dates you booked, the refund will also be pro-rata.  You are welcome to send someone else in your place.  Just let us know the name of your replacement.  There is no charge for this. We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforseen events which prevent you from attending as we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control.

If we are obliged to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control for events such as power failure or extreme weather, we will offer a full refund or free transfer to other dates.

No dogs or other companion animals are permitted on our premises except guide dogs.
